Do you offer drone footage in Dubai?
Drone filming in Dubai requires official approval and much of the city is restricted airspace. Where aerials are needed, Okan Pictures works with licensed operators and quotes it per project.
Do you need a filming permit to shoot a property in Dubai?
Filming inside a private property being marketed for sale or rent generally does not require a permit, with the owner's or agent's permission. Public areas, landmarks and some community developments do. Okan Pictures checks this before the shoot so nothing stalls on the day.
How long does a property shoot take?
A standard apartment takes around two hours on site and a villa around half a day, including interior, exterior and detail shots. Finished video and retouched photography are delivered within five working days.
Can you film me on camera as the agent?
Yes. Agent on camera content is included on request: walkthrough pieces, market commentary and personal branding reels. Scripting and on camera direction are part of the service, in English, German or Turkish.
What formats do I receive for Property Finder and Bayut?
Every listing is delivered in horizontal 16:9 for the portals and vertical 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok, cut separately rather than cropped, so both versions are framed properly.
Do you work with off-plan and developer projects?
Yes. Where a property is not yet built or not yet accessible, AI generated establishing and interior visualisations can stand in, clearly labelled as such in the marketing material.
