Over fifteen years, Okan Atabay has worked on productions for Liverpool FC, Burger King, Subway, Yamaha, AXA, Kaufland and Wüsthof, as well as for German broadcasters RTL, WDR and SAT.1. Some of that work was commissioned directly, some through agencies. He now brings the same standard to businesses in Dubai.
Event films
Conferences, openings, launches and private events, filmed and cut to music with colour grading and clean sound. Around ninety per cent of event footage ends up on social media, so the deliverable is built as a social cut first rather than a long film nobody watches to the end. A two hour shoot delivers one social cut up to 30 seconds, vertical and horizontal. A half day delivers either a social cut up to 90 seconds or a film up to two minutes, your choice, with the second format available for 500 AED. A full day delivers a film up to three minutes plus one social cut. Revision rounds are fixed in writing before the shoot.
Brand films
A brand film is written before it is filmed. What the business actually does, who it is for, and the one thing a viewer should remember. That comes first, then the shoot list, then the shoot. Most brand films that fail were filmed beautifully and written never.

A two hour event shoot starts at 2,500 AED and includes one social cut up to 30 seconds, delivered vertical and horizontal. A half day is 4,500 AED and a full eight hour day 6,500 AED. Because most event footage ends up on social media, the deliverable is built as a social cut first.
What is the difference between a brand film and an event film?
An event film documents something that happened: a conference, an opening, a launch. A brand film is written before it is shot and exists to say something specific about a business. Event films are booked by the hour, brand films by the project.
How many revision rounds are included?
One round on a two hour shoot and two rounds on half and full day projects. That is fixed in writing before the shoot so nothing is open ended on either side.
Do you provide subtitles?
Yes. Videos can be delivered with English, German, Turkish or Arabic subtitles, which matters in a market as multilingual as Dubai.
